Economic Development Zone, Suzhou, China, Suzhou Crystal Clear Chemical Co.,
Ltd(SCCC)is a company of foreign investment manufacturing and distributing the
ultra-pure chemicals used in the micro-electronic industry. It started production in Oct,
2002. The products are Hydrofluoric Acid, Hydrogen Peroxide, IPA, Ammonium
Hydroxide, Sulfuric Acid, Nitric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, Ammonium Fluoride, etc.
The ultra-pure grade of our products is used in cleaning £¦ etching of IC device and
TFT-LCD production processes.
Our company occupies about 30000 square meters.
The building occupies 3200 square meters. It has 400 square meters clean room and
16 product lines. The production capacity for phase one is 5000 tons.
